Glass Optical Bonding Technology


ガラス同士を原子結合させる事により、永久且つ強力に融着させ、光学特性が持つ接合はオプティカルボンディングと呼ぶ。保証精度0.1μmである。

Optical Bonding (also called optical contact) is based on the atomic bonding (such as Si-O bonding) to connect two glass parts together without any other adhesive agents. The bonded layer behaves optical property. The dimension accuracy will be 0.1μm.

光学键合(也称光胶)是一种利用原子键，并采取特殊处理，使得分离着的玻璃体互相永久融合在一起的技术。 光学键合的组件，具有强力，恒久，而且结合层拥有光学特性，与材料本体的光学性能一致。尺寸保证精度为0.1μm微米。
