石英の軟化点は1700度以上にある為、石英ガラスの成型は至難の業である。弊社では特別な製造工程により石英材の高精度(ミクロン精度)コア製品を制作できる。複雑な形状物では、研磨品の精度まで仕上られる。
Because of too high Tg of quartz (as high as 1700 deg), quartz molding will be almost impossible. We experienced of the precision optical products with the same level as high as polishing.
石英材料由于其极高的软化点，使得其成型技术收到极大的技术限制。本司具有特殊革命性的制成工艺，成功制作出的光学部件，其精度达到冷加工的抛光水平。
